Liam Regan is an independent filmmaker from South Yorkshire, UK with two feature length productions under his belt: My Bloody Banjo (2015) and it’s spiritual sequel Eating Miss Campbell (2022) produced by the president of Troma Entertainment and the creator of The Toxic Avenger (1984).
